Aloha! My name is Ally:)
Growing up on the island of Maui, shells and pearls were basically everywhere - especially in my pockets.
When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, the forest stole my heart - moss, mist, and all these earthy gemstones!
The Aloha Hippie blends both worlds - ocean and mountain, shell and agate, sunshine and rain - into every small handmade batch of jewelry.
My pieces are delicate, unique, and inspired by that dreamy spot where the forest meets the sea.
Why Gold Filled?

Gold filled jewelry contains at least 5% real gold by weight, while gold plated usually has less than 0.05%.
That’s like a bold, rich espresso vs. instant coffee.

- Wipe it down after adventures (or workouts or margaritas) - a soft cloth works wonders to remove any oils, sweat, or sunscreen.
- Layer with care. She’s strong, but tangles are not her thing.
- Be gentle. No pulling. Nobody likes a bully.

- Avoid pool parties in the pool. Chlorine + gold = not friends.
- Skip the perfume, lotion, or hairspray directly on your jewelry - think most free bubble.
