Terms and Conditions

Custom Order Policy & Agreement


Custom jewelry is a collaborative process, and I want to make sure expectations are clear from the beginning. 


Custom Order Process:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required before design work begins. 
  • Design discussions will take place primarily through email. 
  • Custom orders include up to 3 rounds of design revisions after the initial concept is presented in-person or via email.
  • To keep projects moving efficiently, communication is limited to approximately 10 email exchanges (including design questions, revisions, and approvals). Additional consultation time may be subject to an additional fee 
  • Custom order agreement must be signed before production begins. 


Production & Timeline

  • Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of order. 
  • Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and workload. 
  • Delays caused by late responses or requested design changes may extend the completion deadline. 


Pricing & Changes

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Significant design changes after approval may require a revised quote and additional production time. 
  • The remaining balance will be due before shipment or pickup. 


Custom Order Cancellations

  • Deposits are on-refundable Once design work has begun. 
  • If a project is cancelled after materials have been purchased or production has started, additional charges may apply.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom orders are made specifically for each customer; all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Repair issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 


Customer Approval

  • By submitting a payment for a custom order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and reviewed and approved the final design, understand the estimated timeline, ad agree to all the terms outlines by the Custom Order Agreement.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for in-person sales, or within 30 days of delivery for online orders.


To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Be unworn and unused

- Be in their original condition

- Include all original packaging


Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


The following item are to eligible for return:

- Custom orders

- Final sale items


If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right!
