The following Terms of Service are agreed upon access to this site, and accepted upon purchase.

Repair Policy

Accidents happen. We get it!

Beaded Bracelet repairs: Starting at $30.
Beaded Necklace repairs: Starting at $50.

Each piece will be assessed individually.

In order to repair beaded pieces, gold components need to be replaced. It also takes a great deal of time and care to bead the smaller gemstones used in our designs. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Return policy

We accept returns on products postmarked within 7 days from the date the order was received. 

All returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, with all packaging intact. 

Please contact us for returns and briefly explain the reason for the return. A full refund will be issued, excluding any shipping costs, once the item has been accepted for return. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process this transaction. We thank you for your patience in advance.

Shipping policy

All pieces are made in handmade batches. Items can take up to 14 days to ship from the date of purchase. Packages are shipped via USPS Mail. 

There are (4) USPS shipping options and rates offered at purchase. USPS First Class Mail typically arrives on average between 7-10 business days. :)

The Aloha Hippie is not responsible for any international fees such as duties, taxes, or custom charges.
