The following Terms of Service are agreed upon access to this website, and are accepted upon purchase.

Repair Policy 

Accidents happen. I get it!

I will repair, free of charge, any jewelry item that has been damaged within 30 days of purchase due to a defect. If the damage is due to the customer, they will be asked to cover the costs repair, which includes time and material as well as shipping costs. 

Each piece will be assessed individually.

In order to repair beaded pieces, gold components need to be replaced. It also takes a great deal of time and care to bead the smaller gemstones used in the designs. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 

To start the repair process, please email beachplease@thealohahippie.com. Please include your name, order date/number, and a photo of your jewelry item for repair. You will be emailed within 72 hours. 

Please be sure to ship your item in it’s original box or a padded envelope for protection.

Return policy

All anklet, bracelet, and necklace sales are final As he majority of jewelry items are made to order. Earrings can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for online store credit only as long as in the original packaging and condition. 

In most cases, an anklet, bracelet, or necklace can only be returned or exchanged if it is damaged or we made a mistake. 

All returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, with all original packaging intact. Please contact us for returns and briefly explain the reason for the return. A full refund will be issued, excluding any shipping costs, once the item has been accepted for return. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process this transaction. We thank you for your patience in advance.

Shipping policy

All pieces are currently made to order. Items can take up to 14 days to ship from the date of purchase. Packages are shipped via USPS Mail. 

There are (4) USPS shipping options and rates offered at purchase. USPS First Class Mail typically arrives on average between 7-10 business days. :)

The Aloha Hippie is not responsible for any international fees such as duties, taxes, or custom charges. 

Please always double check your shipping information at checkout and ensure your address is a safe location to receive mail. The Aloha Hippie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
